Emergency!

VERY SAD NEWS ALL MY AIREFRIENDS......

JACK-JACK ATE A PIECE OF A CORN COB THURSDAY NIGHT AND IS IN THE DAWGGIE HOSPITAL. HE HAD TO HAVE SURGERY TO REMOVE IT FROM HIS TUMMY. HE HAS MADE IT THROUGH OK AND IS RECOVERING.

THE DOCTOR CALLED TODAY TO SAY THAT JACK LOOKS OK BUT HAS NOT HAD ANY INTEREST IN FOOD YET. THIS IS A BIT OF A BUMMER - WE WERE HOPING TO BRING JACK HOME TODAY. PLEASE KEEP UP THOSE AIREPRAYERS ON JACK'S BEHALF...WE NEED HIM HOME SAFE AND SOUND!

MUMSIE IS VERY SAD AND VERY UPSET.....AND SO ARE WE....NO JACK-JACK AT HOME WIFF US.....

THANK YOU EVERYDOG AND HOOMAN FOR THE LOVE AND SUPPORT....WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN JACK-JACK IS HOME WIFF US!!!!

Oh Griffy's we just know he will eat today. He is an Airedale after all. Hey if he can eat a corn cob he can seriously eat some kibble! But I am sure when he gets home he will have yogurt, rice, oatmeal and whatever his little heart diesires. He is kind of spoiled in that way. We know he is a total mumsie boy!!! teehee

We will keep the aireprayers going your way. We know you want Jack Jack home soon. We know Mumsie and Lola Belle won't be happy until he is in the house.

Smooches and snuggles,
Willow and Pilar
oh yeah and the hoomans

Hi!

I've come over from Willow, because I'm an Airedale fan, in fact I'm 'Auntie' to Molly [ of Molly & Taffy]
I DO hope Jack is OK.
I never realised the risks of corn cobs - my late very beloved Springer Spanial Hero loved them & suffered no ill effects.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! This can't be happening!!! I just read on someone else blog that their dog ate some corncob too!

You guys make sure and ask the vet to hang out to the cob they pulled out of his belly! Then you said that yellow piece of evilness over my way and I wil KILL IT!!!! You hear me!!! I mean I will make sure it never hurts Jack again...it will be a warning to all those corn cobs out there!

Trying to hurt Jack, ooooohhhhh my happy ears are now in mission stance...my objective...to kill the cob! KILL THE COB!!!!

Also, in the mean time, I worked out pretty hard this morning and I think I have a good amount of ESP rested up. I will be sending some ESP over to Jack in about 30 minutes. So, according to my calculations, Jack should be hungry in about an hour. It takes a little time for the ESP to take full effect!

We hope he eats asap. Maybe they are just giving him bad food? We can hope right? I've eaten corn cobs before and alway thrown them up. Mom didn't know I ate them though until up they came.

We heard from Willow that Jack had eaten some corn cob. We had no idea that it was so dangerous for dogs. We're keeping everything crossed that Jack makes a full recovery.

Jack, we have all our paws crossed for you! We hope you are home by the time you are reading this! You need to EAT! Just not anymore corn cobs! I, Poppy refuse to eat if my Mom isn't around. It doesn't matter if I'm at home or the vet's or where. No mom = Poppy doesn't eat. Get well soon!!

Aire-hugs,
Poppy, Penny & Patches
